I'm trying something new in April.

As you can imagine it gets oh-so-lonely in the Okanagan being one of the only non-photography bloggers in the area. Don't get me wrong I love photog blogs - LOVE THEM - but they're in a league all their own; don't want to play ball with a little-leaguer like me. I think I may need to recruit some BC Interior bloggy friends, so if you know of anyone let me know.
Also, I'm starting a little non-blogger series where friends, family & followers {who don't own blogs... YET} can try posting on for size. If you're interested in being featured, send me your ideas... you know where to find me.

My husband (among others) constantly bugs me to move to the Okanagan. Maybe one day I'll be the second non-photog blogette to rock the valley.

I would LOVE that Kathleen - I think our senses of humour would jive perfectly. Being a red head my pale skin doesn't really belong in the desert heat, but that's what SPF 60 and air conditioning are for {and all the lakes}. xo
DeleteI've only ever been to Canada once...when we were visiting Niagra Falls when I was a kid. But I hear your area is so lovely! This might be silly to ask, but what does button swinging involve? Also, I love the look of your blog--did you design it? it's very refreshing!

DeleteThis is the first time I've ever done a button swap so I'm not 100% certain what exactly it should entail. I say the less complicated the better so I'm just happy putting your blog button on my sidebar under 'give them love' and you can do something similar on your site.
I was thinking I'd do a little mid-month shout out to all my lovely bloggy friends, but I wouldn't expect that of them.
